All poultry are welcome, from hatching eggs to chicks, to laying hens and roosters! Ducks, Turkeys and other poultry also very welcome. First come first placed in the parking lot at the Metchosin Community House, tail gate sales. No charge for sellers or buyers!

Qualicum Bay Farm Swap

Lighthouse Community Center on Lions way in Qualicum Bay
Second Sunday of every month, 8am-Noon, open year round.

The LIGHTHOUSE COUNTRY COMMUNITY CENTRE in Qualicum Bay invites poultry enthusiasts, small animal lovers and market gardeners to come to buy, sell and trade their goods, services and small animal and bird buddies at the monthly Qualicum Bay Flea Market and Pancake Breakfast on the 2nd SUNDAY of each month.

The pancake breakfast and flea market is a well established community event put on by local service clubs that over the years has built up a great attendance from community residents, RV campers and visitors to the island.

The lively atmosphere is now spilling out to the parking lot with the poultry, small animals and plants open air swap. Enjoy the outdoor market and then head into the hall to check out the flea market and tuck into a $5.00 breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon or sausage, tea or coffee (breakfast 8am-noon).

Outdoor swap space is free of charge, (tables and electricity NOT provided)
Sellers are invited to sell from the back of their vehicles or bring your own tent and table, first come, first serve basis.

Coombs Farm Animal & Poultry Swap

Coombs fair grounds, Sunday July 5/09, 11am-1pm.
The first Sunday of each month until November.
Admission by donation, including sellers.

South Country Farm & Feed Swap Meet

Poultry, livestock and bedding plants along with any related accessories are all welcome at the swap.
There is no charge or fees, as South Country is good enough to donate the back area of their property.
Head north on the inland island hwy, turn right at the 1st sign to head into Courtenay, make your 1st right after the train tracks. South Country is right on the corner.
Every 2nd Sunday of the month, from March to October 11am-1pm.

Comox Valley's Poultry and Farm Swap

Bring your extra chickens, ducks, goats and any other farm animals and equipment you have to dispose of.
At the Share-Kare parking lot, 120 Island Hwy, opposite Pilon Tool Rentals.
11am-1pm, every third Sunday of the month.
